Registration for IFC recruitment is $50. This covers all expenses related to the recruitment process. There is also an opportunity to donate to IFC's annual Charity Cup Golf Tournament that benefits local non-profit, Gainesville Thrives.
You must be a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 1 credit hour at the University of Florida in order to join a fraternity. Students enrolled at other institutions are not eligible for membership and joining is a violation of UF policies. Please see details regarding eligibility: https://greeks.ufl.edu/resources/faqs/
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR UF ID CARD TO ATTEND RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES. PLEASE BRING IT TO SIGN IN AT RECRUITMENT ORIENTATION.

Groups are assigned when you register and can be viewed in your Campus Director account.

Saturday 1/24 - Orientation and Off-Row Chapter Visitations
Location: Health Professions, Nursing, and Pharmacy Building (HPNP) #212, Auditorium 1404 - (please show up 20-30 minutes early for check-in)
Address: 1225 Center Drive, Gainesville, FL 32610
Time:
Orientation Check-In: 8:00am - 8:50am
Orientation: 9:00am - 9:45am
Off-Row Chapter Visitations: 10:20am - 2:00pm
Details: IFC Recruitment Orientation session followed by chapter visits.
Chapters off-row visited include: Sigma Alpha Mu, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Phi Gamma Delta, Pi Lambda Phi, Delta Tau Delta, Pi Kappa Alpha, Delta Upsilon, Phi Kappa Tau, and Kappa Sigma.
Sunday 1/25 - On-Row Chapter Visitations
Location: Fraternity Row (please meet your Rho Alphas 10-15 minutes early for check-in in front of your groups respective house)
Address: Varies per house - general Fraternity Row address: Fraternity Row, Gainesville, FL 32611
Time:
Check-In: 9:30am - 9:55am
On-Row Visitations: 10:00am - 3:15pm
Details: You will visit every chapter located on fraternity row. Your Rho Alpha will meet you outside your group's designated house at 9:30am. You must be on time. Tours will start without you promptly at 10:00am and you are not permitted to join another group if you arrive late. Please see what house to meet your Rho Alpha in front of below (any changes made will be communicated through your Rho Alpha):

Groups 5 & 6: Beta Theta Pi
Groups 7 & 8: Pi Kappa Phi
Groups 9 & 10: Theta Chi
Groups 11 & 12: Sigma Nu

Monday (1/26) - Friday (1/30)
Lunch: Some chapters will be open throughout the week for you to join them for lunch! Ask about this option during weekend tours.
Evening Events: 7:00pm-10:00pm: Individual fraternity events (ask for schedule of events during house tours on Saturday and Sunday or check individual fraternity Instagram accounts for event information).
Friday, January 30th - IFC will be hosting a new "Final Recruitment Tabling Event" in Reitz Union (location: Rion Ballroom West - 3rd floor of the Union) from 6pm-8pm. All chapters still actively recruiting will have representatives present. We encourage you to attend if you are still interested in joining a chapter and have not yet received/accepted a bid!
Please note that you must be a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least one credit hour at the University of Florida to join an IFC fraternity. Failure to meet this criteria could lead to student conduct action as it is a violation of University policy.
